debian/rules: When the user overrides PVERSION, set the packages'
version to driver_version+package_version (f.e. 3.2.8+3.7.6-4) to avoid
confusion between older driver versions packaged by different script
versions.
These changes are useful only if you prepare packages of older driver
versions. If you are using recent binary packages downloaded from my
page, you *do* *not* need to upgrade.
