Hi Flavio,

I have a new patch to generate deb packages for the new upstream version;
 the 00-make.sh had to be regenerated to fix the offsets, and 02-Makefile
 applied cleanly, without modification. 
The fireglcontrol program is not provided anymore in binary form, so I had
 to hack the debian/{rules,control} files to compile it; also copied from 
 the 3.11.1 binary fireglcontrol.desktop and fireglcontrol_kde3.desktop, 
 because they are not in the sample fglrx_panel source package. 

There are some packages that should be added to the build-depends field in 
 debian/control:

  - xserver-xfree86 (we are useing XFree86 to find the version of X installed)
  - libqt3-dev or libqt3-mt-dev (I chosen/hardcoded the latter in the 
         debian/patches-3.12.0/panel.diff patch but we should allow the user
         to choose I think), x-dev, libx11-dev and xlibs-static-dev  (for compiling
         fireglcontrol)

The adventurous ones of you that have the time to test this patch, please provide 
 feedback to it so we can improve it/tune it before Flavio will have the chance to
 release the new version of the fglrx drivers.
