dual screen config

Hi,
I have a ATI card with the RV380 chipset.  It is now supported in the
new drivers 3.14 but I can't get it to do dual screen.
When I say dual screen I mean one big "screen" across 2 monitors.  I can
get it to display clone view.. but I _really_ want it back in xinerama
style.  I've tried a few configuration options but it doesn't seem to
make a difference.  Does anyone have any ideas as to what to try next?
