xv problem

Hi,

I am having trouble getting xv to work. I know this is quite a common
problem, but my search efforts have not been successful. I want the
following setup: one CRT and one (optional) TV. At the moment I use just
the CRT. In the Device section I have set "VideoOverlay" to "on" and
"OpenGLOverlay" to "off", but I always get "Overay: disabled" in the logs.
xvinfo show no available adaptors, either (not surprisingly, of course).
