Hi to all, i have just install the fglrx driver following the guide but
whena i reboot my pc i got some errors.
The "main" one is that the direct rendering doesn't work, so i got ~230 FPS
from glxgears and this output from fgl_gears:
Error: couldn't get fbconfig

The second problem is the monitor, i have a LCD monitor but...

it cause a very bad resolution and some part of the screen are out of focus
(and also cause me a terrible headache)
i install the driver by downloading the two .deb packages and with
make-kpkg, i had no problems during the installation.
i must say that the xfree driver works well, but i think that to play
neverwinter nights (yes.. i must play it, it's my drug :P) the ati driver is
better
I run a Debian Gnu/linux Sarge with 2.6.8 kernel with the drm and agp
support built-in, i forgot to do something during the install process?
