ehm, well i really don't know this, i just download the .deb packages 
from the site and install them (with make-kpkg), i know that with the 
original ATI drivers (deb from rpm) you must overwrite libGL.so.1.2 (if 
i remember well...) you mean this? i must replace that file with the ATI 
one ?
