hello,
i've a samsung x20 1600-2 notebook with an ati mobility radeon x600
(pci-express, 64mb memory) graphics chip and i want to get it work with
xfree86.
so i followed the instructions from:
http://www.stanchina.net/~flavio/debian/fglrx-installer.html
i'm running debian/unstable (kernel 2.6.11.5). the kernel module compiled
after applying both patches with 2.6.11.5.
everything seems fine so far but each time i'm going to start x the display
turns black and that's it. the x-server runs but the screen doesn't come up
and stays black (also with any resolution "dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86"
can setup by default).
the xfree86-log:
http://fanti.staff.spin.de/XFree86.0.log
xfree86-config:
http://fanti.staff.spin.de/XF86Config-4
kernel-config:
http://fanti.staff.spin.de/config2.6.11.5
lspci -v output:

i've no idea what's wrong here. thanks in advance for any help.
