fglrx-installer 8.10.19-2

Yesterday I uploaded fglrx-installer 8.10.19-2, with patches to support
kernel 2.6.11:
– 09-agp_backend
– 10-remap_pfn_range
– 11-four-level-pagetables
I'm currently running on 2.6.11.6 with this version.
Sorry if it took a bit longer than usual for this, but I've been through
a few busy weeks.
P.S. I changed the remap_pfn_range patch to apply on 2.6.10 too.
Feedback is welcome.
