Hossam,
I've looked some more at your dpkg output and it seems you installed 
another fglrx package namely 4.3.0. Can you do a search for the fglrx 
packages . Try aptitude search fglrx and post the results here please.
The idea is to remove any previous fglrx packages and install the 
fglrx-driver_8.10.19-2 package.
