Well, there's something wrong with your gnupg setup, but I can't help,
I'm no expert on this matter.

Of course you don't have my secret key (I hope). Just use
  dpkg-buildpackage -b -rfakeroot -tc -uc -D

to skip signing the .changes file.

The -i option to dpkg-buildpackage is also useless if you don't build
the source packages. I'll update my page with these options.
