I have a feeling I'm pushing the envelope of the drive here, but I have a Radeon 9600 with dual DVI out going to two Dell 1905FP LCD Flat panels. I've found several places which talk about high resolutions blanking out one LCD flat panel, so I've cut the refresh down to what the monitors claimed was "optimum" anyways: 60Hz. This is all well and good. It seems as though I can get everything working with one screen, but the second screen turns itself on and off every once and a while. It's like the monitor is trying to adjust to a different resolution. This behavior is fairly erratic, _unless_ I have an opengl app open (a la fgl_glxgears or glxgears, or a variety of homegrown opengl apps). When I open something that's semi-graphic intensive the screen blanks out until I kill the app. This, as you can imagine, is kind of annoying. Has anbody been able to successfully do what I'm trying to do? Have I missed some simple crucial step? I've tried both the card internal AGPGART and the agpgart kernel module, to no avail. One thing I've seen kicked around a bit is trying to turn down the AGP level on the motherboard settings... I poked around a bit and was unable to find something that would let me do that... I probably need to poke around a bit more, but I haven't seen anything related to that on the archives for this list yet... I'm running debian, and I'm having trouble :) I've attached my logs and my config file. Thanks for any help you might be able to give! -Paul
