Success- radeon 9250!

Change your video driver to gl or gl2 overlay and you will be fine. Dual 
head, two drivers and two desktops works fine with fglrx up to 9800Pro, 
but sadly it doesn't seem to work (nor does clone mode, or TV out) on my 
X800 pro. You don't need two XF86Config files. Just run fglrxconfig as 
root.
