Hi,
I'm currently having problems installing ati drivers
on my laptop. I consulted ur page, downloaded and
installed fglrx-driver, fglrx-kernel and
fglrx-kernel-src, for the amd64 sarge, though i
still
have problem, 3D acc isnt enabled, i found that i
should've set my chipid coz in default case and by
consulting the log the driver wasnt able to
recognise
my card. now that my chip is recognised i still dont
get how to make 3D acc work.
i've attached to this mail the XFree86 log along wiz
the dmesg.
(i noticed in the end of dmesg a message telling
something about kernel compiled in gcc3.3 and the
other on the 3.4 version) could that be the cause
of
the problem?
