I'm currently having problems installing ati drivers

installed fglrx-driver, fglrx-kernel and
fglrx-kernel-src, for the amd64 sarge, though i still
have problem, 3D acc isnt enabled, i found that i
should've set my chipid coz in default case and by
consulting the log the driver wasnt able to recognise
my card. now that my chip is recognised i still dont
get how to make 3D acc work.
i've attached to this mail the XFree86 log along wiz
the dmesg.
(i noticed in the end of dmesg a message telling
something about kernel compiled in gcc3.3 and the
other on the 3.4 version) could that be the cause of
the problem?

Yes, the fglrx kernel module needs to be built with the same compiler
version as the kernel. make.sh tries to achieve this but doesn't quite
succeed yet.
