ok, thanks to Arne I could build the packages from sources (reading
archives, I noticed that the problem was already been spoiled by Faheem
in thread "build-depends for fglrx-installer using X.org packages").

Still, I keep getting

/usr/src/modules/fglrx/nvidia-agp.c:57: error: static declaration of
'__fgl_agp_try_unsupported' follows non-static declaration
/usr/src/modules/fglrx/agp_backend.h:92: error: previous declaration of
'__fgl_agp_try_unsupported' was here

compiling kernel module, but I wonder it's a bug that belongs to ATi
driver...
Again, if someone can help out with that, I'll be happy :)
