This was indeed the cause, thank you Flavio !

I've got one more question - should glxinfo show stuff like that :

OpenGL vendor string: Tungsten Graphics, Inc.
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI R200 20040929 AGP 1x x86/MMX/SSE2 TCL
OpenGL version string: 1.3 Mesa 6.2.1
...
I though it would be something including Radeon, or am I wrong ?

Anyway, for the first time during my Linux adventure I've acceleration 
(using DVi), I'm
really happy;)
In glxgears my Radeon gets 1500FPS and after the addition of
Option "EnablePageFlip" "true"
into my xorg.conf the output is much higher - 2250FPS :)
