unable to compile the module

I have been following the steps on http://stanchina.net/~flavio/debian/fglrx-installer.html
I get to 4.1 and It just wont compile using ./make.sh I have tryed the others ways aswell ( 4.2 4.3 4.4 ) they all get the same error

I have attached the error log from ./make.sh
