New upstream version 8.16.20

Packages for 8.16.20 are available at www.stanchina.net.

Highlights from the release notes:
 - workstation performance improvement
 - improved display detection support
 - Linux 2.6.12 kernel support
 - GCC 4.0 support

I didn't test with 2.6.12 yet, feedback is welcome.
