3D not working - no errors though?

Hi!
I hope very much that one of you has an idea of what my problem is. Since
I have my ATI 9500 I've always managed to make it work under linux. But
now... I am completely clueless. I've tried Flavio's nice packages to set
everything up, but I'm still stuck with Mesa drivers:

And the sad thing is that everything seems to be working. My
xorg log-file, which is copied below does not show any obvious error
messages! (or, obvious to me)
I've really tried everything I could, but I can't find where the problem
is. I would be very grateful if you could help me.
