Hi all,

ATI released yesterday a new driver ...

attached patch adds support for the new version; the 
 patches in debian/patches-8.19.10 are unchanged from
 previous version, and patch 20-verify_area is not needed
 anymore
also it removes the dependency on xlibmesa-gl and adds the
 required diverts, so it doesn't conflict with it
played a little with module/rules also, and tried to fix 
 some errors while running "debian/rules clean" without
 a valid debian/control file ...
