driver for amd64 and xorg 6.9

hi guys,

i upgraded xorg on my amd64 unstable to version 6.9. i wanted to try out 
the 8.19.10-1 version of fglrx (only 8.14.13 worked for me in 6.8). 
however there is a problem that ati website doesn't have version of 
their driver for 6.9. is it safe to get version for 6.8? (actually it 
seems to me that none of their drivers is intended for 6.9)
