The Debian packaging scripts they're using are based on my work: an ATI
representative asked me for permission to use my scripts and I readily
agreed. I'm not sure if they're obeying the letter of the GPL, as I'm not a
lawyer and I'm definitely not interested in becoming one, but the source is
included (well, they couldn't do otherwise as we're talking about scripts,
not binaries) and there's a notice saying that they are copyright by me and
licensed under the GNU GPL, so I'm fine with that.
