Dear Jonathan,

I don't have a AMD64 machine so what I say might be wrong.
At ATI's-Page I found an AMD64 driver only for Xorg 6.8.
The latest Version is 8.21.7.
So I guess it is the filename that changed.
Try to modify it to: fglrx64_6_8_0-8.21.7-1.x86_64.rpm
It worked on my machine (the download I mean)
