fglrx in testing

Hi,
Kernel 2.6.15 and Xorg 6.9 have entered testing and now I also have the
problems mentioned in previous e-mails. It's probably because I'm dumb,
but I still don't know exactly what to do after loads of googling and stuff.
What I want: upgrade xserver-xorg (to 6.9) and upgrade my kernel (to
2.6.15) and get fglrx updated to work with that combination.
Now, how exactly do I proceed?
I tried the instructions from
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=345755
but that doesn't work for some reason:
~/fglrx-tmp> packages/Debian/ati-packager.sh --buildpkg testing
cp: will not create hard link `/tmp/fglrx/debian' to directory
`/tmp/fglrx/Debian/debian'
cp: cannot create regular file `/tmp/fglrx/Debian/ati-packager.sh':
Permission denied
etc. etc.
How do I build packages for current testing?
Thanks in advance.
