fglrx: Device not found!!!!

Hi!
This is my new configuration after several attempts:

- Debian amd64 distro
- 2.6.8-11 kernel

I have done all passages to obtain fglrx driver's installation but when I
prompt

modprobe -v fglrx

I get the following error message:

[fglrx] Maximum main memory to use for locked dma buffers - 193 MBytes

[fglrx: fglrx_init] * ERROR * Device not found!

FATAL: Error inserting fglrx (lib/modules/2.6.8-11-amd64-k8/misc/fglrx.ko):
No such device


I've read that sometimes this problem could be bypassed naming the device
'radeon' and not 'fglrx'. I've done that, but X Server fails with this
error:

EE: No screen found!
